Garena and Grinding Gear Games to Bring Path of Exile to Singapore and Malaysia


World-Class Development Team in Strategic Partnership with Southeast Asia’s Largest Social Gaming Platform 

SINGAPORE, 4 November 2013 – Grinding Gear Games, an independent online game developer and publisher, has entered into a licensing partnership with Garena, a leading publisher of premium online games and developer of Garena+, the largest social gaming platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Garena will be the exclusive publisher for Grinding Gear Game’s flagship title, Path of Exile, in Singapore and Malaysia. 

Path of Exile is a free-to-play competitive online action role-playing PC game set in a dark fantasy world. Offering intense real time combat, deep character customization options and extensive Player-versus-Player elements, Path of Exile has received universal acclaim from critics and players alike, with one publication proclaiming Path of Exile to be “the best ARPG title on the market today1”.
